- Coolmaster completed the laboratory refurbishment to multiple levels. This included Full Dilapidation report of existing central plant and BMS system.
- Fume Cupboards complete with multiple PVC risers & stacks
- Chilled Water Air Handling Units complete with pipe reticulation
- Chemical Cabinetry Exhaust Systems
- Laboratory Gas Installation to Argon, Nitrogen and Vacuum complete with all isolation boxes and bottle arrangements.
- Commissioning and Certification to PC2 Laboratory Requirements
- Built to PC2 and PC3 containment requirements with positive and negative pressure rooms.
